Village North of PCH (Flower Streets)

Corona del Mar Village North is a portion of Corona del Mar which stretches from Fernleaf Ave on the west to Hazel Avenue on the east and from 5th Avenue on the north to Pacific Coast Highway ( PCH ) on the south.

The first cottages and vacation homes in Corona del Mar Village North were constructed in the early 1930's. Over the years most of the early cottages and vacation homes have been replaced by larger more modern residences. Also, over time a great number of the rental duplex units have been converted and sold as condominiums.

The original survey and division of lots in Corona del Mar Village North provided building sites 30 feet wide by 118 feet long.
