Allan is extremely thorough, informative, and honest, which allowed us to make the decision to purchase when we were ready. He has an amazing knowledge of neighborhoods in the area and has lived in OC for over 40 years.

It was a great pleasure working with you as you are very entertaining and you were always willing to jump in the car and drive to see a house at any time, day or night, weekends and holidays too.

We do appreciate the fact that you showed us a house we liked very much and then you showed us about 100 more in the course of the next twelve months only to actually purchase the very first house you showed us. That has to be a record.

You always answered your cell phone when l called and in the rare instance you couldn't, your return call was made in only a few minutes.

We just purchased a home on the Newport Peninsula and used Allan Heller as our agent.
You won't find a better agent to represent you.  He is both congenial and a truly dedicated professional.

Allan was very patient and helpful as we looked at homes and negotiated with the seller.  He methodically advised us on each negotiated move using facts, comparable listings and up to date market conditions.

We believe that we got a good deal on the home purchase.  He meticulously followed up and expedited every closing action item.

Allan coordinated the roof and termite inspections and repairs.  After the close, he provided useful advice on the numerous questions we had as we moved into our new house.  He walked us through all the utility account transfers and provided advice on local shopping alternatives.

It is with great pleasure that we write to recommend the services of Allan Heller Realtor extraordinaire.

He made the process very easy and painless for us.  He listened to what we wanted and did not pressure us to look beyond the parameters we set.

He showed us 20 possible houses and was very patient with us throughout our search.  The entire process, from the day we started to look for a beach house to the day we closed on our house was three months.  He recommended the very best in the field to aid us, from mortgage guy to house inspector.  His advice and guidance through this process was invaluable.

His attention to detail, knowledge of the field and no-pressure approach were greatly appreciated.  We can't imagine going through this process with anyone but him.
